Gardy & Associates, PC, was founded by David R. Gardy, L.S., who has more than 25 years of diversified professional and technical experience in the fields of land surveying and consulting engineering. 

Mr. Gardy received his Bachelor's Degree from Virginia Tech in 1980.  Mr. Gardy became registered as a professional land surveyor in 1987, and is licensed to practice in the States of Virginia and Maryland. He is also past president of the Central Chapter of the Virginia Association of Surveyors.

Our Approach to Surveying and Mapping. Gardy and Associates mobilizes field survey crews in full-sized 4-wheel drive vehicles, fully equipped with the latest data collection and communication technology - such as robotic total stations and networked GPS receivers. 

Automated digital data collection in the field, combined with state of the art, fully integrated CADD workstations equipped with the latest versions of AutoCAD and accompanying computational and mapping software will ensure a quality product, added value, and accuracy in every product we deliver.  Our data collection and processing systems generate output in multiple formats for seamless integration with client protocols, according to project specifications.
